How are these results achieved?

 

THERMOTHERAPY

Thermotherapy is the first treatment procedure. Warming and relaxing the skin and muscles by increasing the size of the blood vessels, therefore increasing blood flow.  This allows active ingredients used during the ultrasound to be distributed more effectively as well.

Using heat will help prepare the skin for microdermabrasion by opening pores helping exfoliation and cleansing to be performed more effectively and aiding the body in releasing harmful toxins.

 

CRYOTHERAPY

Cryotherapy is the use of low temperatures in the aesthetic /medical industry and is the final process, soothing and refreshing the skin at the end of the treatment.

When applied to the skin it will slow down cellular metabolism, decreasing the absorption of active product ingredients applied during the ultrasound process.

It is essential to close pores to avoid contamination and lock moisture into the skin.

 

DIAMOND MICRODERMABRASION

Microdermabrasion using diamond tip abrasion method, is a controlled, painless method of exfoliation (removal of the top layers of the epidermis). As exfoliation happens gradually there is no risk of a deep, unequal treatment or scaring. BIOLIFT/LED LIGHT THERAPY

Within our skin we have many different receptors that when stimulated have an immediate effect on our body.  Some receptors respond to touch whilst others respond to various colour light.  LED light therapy uses non thermal light that infiltrates deep into the skin.  It uses different wavelengths at a sufficient light power in order to create a sequence of biological reactions.  This in turn stimulates the cells, whilst enhancing elastin and collagen synthesis, to activate the skin tissue repair enzymes.

The Dermaco Pro VX incorporates this technology and uses LED light therapy to treat a number of skin issues and concerns.
