Stunning Autumn in all it’s fiery glory has arrived.  I love this season.  Crisp bright mornings, candles brighten darker, chilly evenings and of course the fun of Halloween and Bonfire night.  It is also a season of change when it comes to how we look after ourselves.  We crave warmth and comfort.

I have put together three amazingly pampering treatments for you to enjoy this Autumn.  Warming, nourishing and indulgent, with of course an element of fun!

 

SUGAR, SPICE AND ALL THINGS NICE

My “facial” for the back.

Comforting, warming and the perfect way to relieve tension around your back and shoulders.  Using products that  improve the texture of your skin and delight the senses.  In this hour’s treatment….

*A warmed sugar body scrub is massaged into the back and shoulders then removed using hot muslin cloths.

*A warming and detoxifying mask is then applied to the whole of the back and shoulders and hot stones then placed over a towel along the spine helping your muscles to ease.

*Relax with a pressure point massage to the legs, feet and scalp whilst the mask and hot stones alleviate tension and detoxify the skin.

*The mask is removed and a hot stone massage using warmed oil fragranced with orange and cinnamon completes the treatment beautifully.

LEAVE YOUR WITCHES FEET AT MY TREATMENT ROOM DOOR

Leave the scary feet for the witches this Halloween and come and treat yourself without trickery to a Deluxe Pedicure. Leave smiling like a pumpkin after your feet have been refreshed, warmed and relaxed in heated booties and your tension massaged away. Finished with a polish of your choice your feet will be magical enough to show off at any Halloween party.
