As you enter the treatment room you will be greeted by the scent of grounding vetiver and relaxing lavender which brings welcome relief when you find it difficult to relax and switch off. It will stop your mind whirring and help give you a refreshing night’s sleep.

The treatment itself begins with a relaxing and skin smoothing back massage. Using an aroma-therapeutic blend of essential oils to calm the mind and enhance a restful sleep, skin is left smelling dreamy and beautifully pampered.

The treatment then continues with a facial cleanse, tone and mask application.  Whilst the mask is nourishing the skin, the shoulders and scalp are massaged before warmed muslin cloths are used to remove the mask and then a facial serum, formulated to support your skin’s night time natural regeneration, delightfully blended with aromatherapy essential oils renowned for their calming, relaxing properties is massaged into the face.

You will then be given a specially blended tea to take home and enjoy and help you gently drift away to a restful night’s sleep.

You will wake with mind, body and skin that feels beautifully recharged, replenished and moisturised.
